Harmoney is also a member of an independent external, dispute resolution scheme, Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). If you have a complaint, please refer it to us for resolution by our internal dispute resolution team. If we cannot agree on how to resolve your issue, you can then refer the matter to AFCA by going to www.afca.org.au, calling 1800 931 678, or emailing info@afca.org.au.
